It's In The Bag Designs is registered in Australia under ABN 43672404401.
It is very important to us that our customers are happy with our products and we will always ensure to find a quick and easy solution to any problem that may arise. But in order to be clear and fair, we have put together some helpful information below.
Shipping & Handling
Orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days.
Australian orders
We use Australia Post Parcel Post and Express Post service, both options come with parcel tracking, a tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been dispatched. Please select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
Parcel Post estimated delivery times:
VIC - 2 days
NSW - 3 days
QLD - 2-4 days
SA - 2-3 days
TAS - 3-4 days
WA - 4-5 days
Please note delivery may take an extra day or two if being delivered to remote addresses.
If no one is at your delivery address when delivery is attempted, you will be notified by Australia Post with a calling card. If you're not home your parcel will be taken to your local post office. Please note that Australia Post will only hold your parcel for a maximum of 10 business days. When collecting your parcel, Australia Post does require suitable ID with the addressee name to collect. The addressee name is the name given during checkout.

If you have not collected your parcel within 10 business days your parcel will be returned to us. You will be contacted by email to advise that your parcel has been returned to us.
In the event your parcel is returned to us we are happy to attempt re-delivery, however a re-shipping fee will apply.
International orders
We use Australia Post International Standard service for international shipping which comes with parcel tracking (a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched).
Please note that Australia Post are currently experiencing some international delivery delays due to limited flights and increased parcel volumes. Current delivery times are 10-15 business days.
Returns
Please order carefully as we do not offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind. However, we are happy to exchange or provide a full refund (including shipping) if your product is faulty.
