Refund policy

Please order carefully as we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

If any items arrive damaged or faulty or you were sent items incorrectly, we will exchange or provide a full refund (including return shipping costs).  Please contact us at info@itsinthebagdesigns.com if you need to return your item/s.

We're incredibly proud of our craftsmanship and offer a 10 year guarantee on our peg baskets, if your basket tears or breaks we will replace it for free, however general wear and tear from use will not be considered within this warranty.
