Shipping policy

Processing & Delivery Times 
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email if you have provided your email address at checkout. Upon dispatch, you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive these email confirmations, please email our team at info@itsinthebagdesigns.com.

The primary postal service we use is Australia Post, however, from time to time we may choose to use another reputable carrier service.

If you need expedited shipping, please select the Express post option at check out.

Within Australia:
Standard (parcel post) - delivery time is generally between 2-4 business days within Victoria, or 3-6 business days elsewhere within Australia. You will receive notification details to track your order.
Express post - delivery is generally 1-2 business day within Victoria, or 1-3 business days elsewhere within Australia. You will receive notification details to track your order.

International Shipping: We ship internationally using Australia Post's International Standard service. Delivery time is between 5-10 business days. You will receive notification details to track your order.

Customs/ Import Duties and Taxes 
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to.

It's The Bag Designs Pty Ltd (It's In The Bag Designs®) will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments. If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.
